Distrust of tap water has long history and aged water pipes are accountable for most of such distrust. The “Red Tap Water” accident in Incheon in 2019 is an example. No matter how much clean water is being supplied from water sources, it would be no use if the pipes are contaminated.

Fortunately, SF Corporation offers the perfect solution for such issue. Our core technologies lie on our exclusive eco-friendly physical water treatment system using electromagnetic fields; it is to be installed on the outer walls of pipes without cutting or damaging the pipes, so it can protect the pipes from corrosion without degrading the quality of water flowing through the pipes.

We are also currently working with the Korea Water Resource Corporation to develop an integrated corrosion-protection system in which external and internal corrosion protection technologies are embodied in a single system, and even completed the development of technologies for corrosion protection and thermal efficiency improvement for heating water in collaboration with the Korea District Heating Corporation.
